She asked me if she HAD to use her charge card to get her discount, to which I replied “Yes,” because it’s store policy. IT’S WRITTEN ON THE COUPON. She insisted that other employees allow her to, and that “It must just depend on which cashier you get.” Then, when I continued to to ring up her items and not respond to her, she asks “Can you make an exception just this one time?” My response? “NOPE.” She seemed a little on the aggravated side to say the least…  It’s not my fault you purchased over $100 worth of stuff and didn’t wanna read the print that is clear on the FRONT of the coupon… I don’t have a problem with occasionally “letting things slide.” Occasionally. But when you inform me that you take advantage of other cashiers… Sorry. Nope.
